PHM FONDATION
The PHM Foundation (Paluctba Hervé Michel) was created to structure and implement Louda Group’s social and development initiatives. Its mission is to promote local development and provide solidarity support to vulnerable populations across Africa.
Its areas of intervention cover key sectors such as energy, water and sanitation, health, education, economic empowerment of youth and women, housing, culture, as well as the preservation of wildlife and flora.
As a non-profit organization, the PHM Foundation has autonomous governance and dedicated resources, enabling it to carry out its mission independently, effectively, and sustainably.
